The Executive Director is the chief administrative, artistic, and organizational leader of the Lincoln Community Playhouse and is responsible for the overall management, supervision, and direction of the organization in alignment with policies and guidance established by the Board of Directors. Working collaboratively with the Board, its committees, staff, volunteers, and community partners, the Executive Director ensures the Playhouse’s financial stability, operational effectiveness, and long-term sustainability while supporting a vibrant artistic and organizational culture. 

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience and qualifications as evaluated by the Search Committee. Benefits package will be negotiated with the f inal candidate.
