Elizabeth-Ali "Ali" Schade
Elizabeth-Ali is a graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Business Administration, a minor in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies, and earned her Intercultural Competence Certificate. She currently attends the University of Oklahoma, where she is seeking her master’s in Arts Management. She earned her certificate for Grant Proposal Writing from Fort Hays State University. She serves as the Kansas State Contact for the American Association of Community Theater and serves on the executive board for the Association of Kansas Theatre. In addition to being an arts administrator, Elizabeth-Ali is an Intimacy Director and consultant whose focus is on introductions and education for a consent-forward environment. She earned her Consent Forward Artist certificate from Intimacy Directors and Coordinators and her MHFA Certificate from the National Association for Mental Wellbeing, and is a certified Drama Well-Being Practitioner. She previously served as the Director of Stage Door 1, Music Theatre Company, and taught at Center for Theatre Arts for seven years, and as the Director of Operations at Theatre Salina. Her favorite performance credits include Marie Curie in The Half-Life of Marie Curie, Judy Bernly in 9 to 5: The Musical, and Tzeitel in Fiddler on the Roof. Some of her direction and choreographic credits include Kate Hamill’s Sense and Sensibility, Goosebumps’ The Musical: Phantom of the Auditorium, Grace for President, and Tiny Beautiful Things.
