The Playhouse Senior Radio Active Players provide theatre opportunities for seniors ages 55+. Each year, the Radio Active Players audition, rehearse and perform a production for audiences with scripts in hand. Past shows include Fiddler on the Roof Sr., Oklahoma Sr., The Music Man Sr., Grease: The School Edition, Singin' in the Rain Sr., Carol Burnett Classics, Godspell Sr., and Sondheim Tribute Revue.
Lincoln Community Playhouse was proud to be one of the three pilot productions of a new Broadway Sr. show, How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying Sr this season. Morrie Enders, director, noted, "Lincoln Community Playhouse was instrumental in the creation of Broadway Sr. with Music Theatre International and directing this pilot production is a fitting conclusion to my tenure as Executive Director."
