The Lincoln Wine and Food Experience has become a must-attend event for people who love fine wine and food. The main ballroom will feature approximately 80 booths, offering wines from around the world and our own backyard. Foodies can sample fine cheeses, Nebraska beef, gourmet desserts and other unique items. A variety of Russ’s Market Stone Hearth breads will be baked fresh at the event. In addition to the main ballroom, reserve room guests will enjoy an exclusive selection of reserve wines and a buffet prepared by Russ’s Market Catering to You.
“Russ’s Market turns 50 in 2014, and The Lincoln Wine and Food Experience is an important way for us to celebrate with our Russ’s community,” said Pat Raybould, president of B&R Stores, Inc. “We all have a great time supporting the entertainment and education programs of the Lincoln Community Playhouse.”
Omaha artist Mary Mancuso's painting of wine is featured on the Lincoln Wine & Food Experience tickets. A print of the selected art will be in the silent auction during the event. For more information on Mancuso's art, follow this link to her website: www.muralsbymary.com.
