2012 Fall Session Theatre Classes

Saturdays September 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th
Tuition: $65nonsubscribers/$60 subscribers

Tuition is due Friday August 31st

Itty Bitty Actors Series: Autumn Leaves, ages 4 to 6, 8:30am-9:30am
Taught by Jessie Dillehay with assistance from Andy Dillehay
This class was especially designed with the itty bitty actor in mind!
Explore the themes of autumn through acting and movement exercises
and crafts. For newcomers and seasoned itty bitty actors alike, this
class guarantees a fun time for all!

Creative Comics–From the Page to the Stage
ages 7 to 11, 11:30am-1:00pm
Taught by Andy Dillehay with assistance from Leah Knott
Learn the art of storytelling in this original and innovative class. Create
your own original comic strip, and then adapt it for the stage! Through
storytelling games and improvisational exercises, become a master
storyteller and wow your friends.

Dance Safari, ages 7 to 11, 10:00am – 11:30am

Taught by Rachel Danay with assistance from Cooper Creal
Creative movement games, dance exercises and active storytelling
provide a wonderful introduction to the world of dance. Students will
learn how to use movement to create characters and tell a story, with
and without using words.

Makeup Menagerie, ages 12 to 16, 11:30am – 1:00pm
Taught by Michael De La Rosa with assistance from Lillian Bornstein

Cost: $80 for non-subscribers/$75 for subscribers.
Transform yourself (literally!) with this marvelous class! Learn the
basics (and not-so-basics) of make-up application and design. Utilize
your new look with cutting-edge acting and improvisational exercises.

***The cost of this class includes a Ben Nye Makeup Kit, which the

students will keep.
