WINE MAKER’S DINNER – FEB 23rd!
Plan on joining us for the Wine Maker’s Dinner on February 23rd beginning at 6:00 pm on the Playhouse stage!
Sponsored by Russ’s Market, the dinner will feature Estancia Winemaker JP Caldcleugh and a 4 course gourmet dinner from Russ’s Market Catering to You.
1st Course – Chopped Apple Salad with Toasted Walnuts, Gorgonzola & Pomegranate Vinaigrette. Wine – Estancia Chardonnay
2nd Course – Roasted Tomato & Havarti Stuffed Chicken, served with Sautéed Zucchini.
Wine – Estancia Merlot
3rd Course – Marinated Steak & Mushroom Kabob, served with Saffron Rice.
Wine – Estancia Cabernet Sauvignon
4th Course – Crème Brulee.
Wine – Estancia Riesling
Tickets are $50.00 per person and may be reserved at 402-326-9821. We will be serving at tables of 8, so bring some friends along!
